Pffft. Almost one month has past. OTL Sorry…
Hey! Say! JUMP released their 10th single, Come On A My House on June 29, 2013.
There are three versions with a total of 10 tracks, including karaoke versions. The unique songs are:
Come On A My House
BOUNCE
New Hope ~こんなに僕らはひとつ
Just For You (Hey! Say! 7)
スクランブル (Hey! Say! BEST)
In general, this single is pretty good. Most of the songs are steady and seem to be made for singing along. There are no dance tracks, so that makes me slightly sad, but overall, I like the single :)
Come On A My House is an upbeat, summery song with catchy chorus. It has been used in a commercial for curry, so that’s what I keep envisioning when they say “come on a my house~ love kare~” even though the “kare” here means “him” XD
BOUNCE is the only song in the single that can maybe be defined as a dance track. It’s not really, but it has the more intricate song patterns that make it harder to sing along to.
New Hope is a good, soothing song that I’d like to learn the lyrics to ;) Along with Just For You and Scramble. The music for Just For You kind of reminds me of a childhood song… But I can’t recall the name right now :( Love it though.
The PV for Come On A My House is pretty cute! I’m slightly sad that there’s no dance in the PV, but oh well. I love how bright the colors are in the PV! The tiny, tiny “apartment” house is so cute XD
The “tunneling” affect is quite interesting, though not that unexpected. It was a different take on giving “solo” voices their spotlight!
The “Is that gossip true?” was totally hilarious! XD
And the story line has quite fitting - exactly what I was expecting, ahaha! The part that killed me was “Jumping Girl is coming” XD And then all the guys were like, “oh ya- oh crap!” and went on a cleaning spree that was more like “make more of a mess in the name of cleaning” X3
Very cute though. And that dog was adorable!
The Making was HILARIOUS! XD I love makings!
The conversions were great! And omg, why are the funky “cellphones” from the OVER PV on this set??? XD Then it was like, whaaa so many “hidden”, nostalgic objects! I wonder when/where the set designers got all of them from? Like, the heisei jump scroll is “supposedly” kept in Chinen’s house… LOL
Lastly, the ending messages. PFFFTTT XD Oh the silly masks! This whole PV was basically a lot of goofing off, which was just great fun!
