The news is full of stories about people cutting back on their spending. What thrifty measures have you taken since the end of the economy as we know it?ok one.... economy doesn't END it changes....
even if all the money on the world went bad somehow....we'd likely shift to a bartering economy.... we are a paper currency economy. as long as goods are exchanged it's an economy.....
i don't get the big worry.... really.... i know i'm not in the heart of it. and my heart goes out to the people losing their jobs. i have students here who have friends losing jobs .... but as i recall hisotry is a cycle....
prices and such got too high and the countries got into debt...now they're over compensating with uber low prices.... it's a matter of waiting it out. and if it doesn't balance out and the paper economy crumbles so what? i'm sorry....we lost tv internet....etc.....
we go back to farming, gathering, hunting, and we read more books....

now to answer their question. i'm sleeping in dorm hostels on my vacation...but the fact that i'm going on vacation kind of undermines the whole saver money. you only live with your awareness once (reincarnation ftw).... have fun.... not like you'll be here a super long time :3 not to be pessimistic....but even 100 years of living is a very short time.... so have fun, stop worrying XD
