MANGA BATTLE is a LIMS styled battle contest with a focus on manga/manhwa. Each week there will be a challenge with eliminations until there is one last icon maker standing. Each icon maker will have an identity that is not to be revealed until the end of the battle.

Is this mangabattle's story/interactive game going to be as intricate as the original manga_battle? I'd love if it was?? :3 Not that my opinion matters lol. There hasn't been a battle contest since with that level of dedication and involvement (it was so much more fun!) and I was just wondering if this place was going to step into their shoes.

Man, as soon as I saw this comment, I dreaded answering it because I knew my answer would disappoint you. :(

I know the community names are practically the same, but I don't think I can pull off the AMAZING storytelling/interactive game thing that manga_battle had. I don't think I have the brains to plot out the unique point system/gift shop/attacks & defenses/etc that the old battle communities use to have.

But what I did have planned for this community was more modeled after shoujo_battle and shounenbattle with a major story for the entire round and each challenge based on an element of the story. There will be many chances to gain bonus points by following the challenge guidelines, but it won't be as detailed and intricate and
