+ I was seriously amused with the text in the icon. Although what made me vote for it was the cropping and the muted colors. The design was also very unique and somehow fitting of the images used. + I love the cropping in this icon and the use of text. Also, the coloring is gorgeous. - This isn't a particularly bad icon, but it just seems overly busy. I would have gone without the picture above the text or without the background picture to make it a bit easier to focus on. - The caption is a bit too much, it takes up so much space that it no longer looks aesthetically appealing and it distracts from the other two images. Maybe next time change the font, style, color, or weight of the different lines of text so that it doesn't look so much like a paragraph of text? The coloring is also really dark and the smaller image of Goku is kind of blurry. I really like the crop and placement of the close up image though. The entire composition is wonderful, but the individual elements have some weak points. - The font choice and the coloring all match the mood well, but I think there's just too much going on. Maybe it'd be easier to focus on something with less text or typography. - I love the picture in picture composition - it's really well executed, but I think a different font would have better suited it.
