Rules:

• Do not vote for your own icon
• No cheating. That means clone accounts, voting for the icon you think is the worst, etc.
• Do not feel obligated to vote for an icon because you think you know who made it.
• Icons that win 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or the Special Category cannot win Mod's Choice.
• You may vote for the same icon twice if it's for the Special category
  (ex. 07, 21, 54, SC:21)
• Your votes are weighted! The icon you pick for 1st will receive 3 points, the icon you pick for 2nd will receive 2 points, and the icon you pick for 3rd will receive 1 point.
• If you would like to use one of the icons here, comment and I'll tell you who made it so you can go ask permission. DO NOT TAKE WITHOUT ASKING FIRST.
• Ties will be broken in favor of the icon-maker who voted, so make sure you vote!
