One Woman Show
I'm going to the preview of a new Theater Performance called "9 Parts of Desire." It is a story about 9 different Iraqi women... playing at the Acoma Theater here in Denver:

The actress is playing all 9 women herself... Since I am going into Acting 1 class this semester I am looking forward to it. I did a 15 minute piece at school last semester called "The Multifaceted Manea" where I played 9 different aspects of myself... this is much more involved and I am always interested in seeing how other women do one woman acts... especially when they help bring things that are too far away to understand, closer to home. I'll let you guys know my reaction to it sometime this weekend.
