Still on track [so far]

So i just got back from class: 164.2 lbs. Down .2 lbs since earlier this morning... good.
I'm a lil hungry [i think]. It's hard for me to tell bc i'm either stuffed or starved, so it's hard to determine if it's time for me to eat.
So i'm going to have some of my lettuce...then weigh myself [which shouldnt make me gain weight, but i'll see].

I'm getting thirsty, but i hate drinking something bc it makes my weight go up like crazy [even though it's water weight, i know]. I just hate seeing the scale go up...

Even though i've been obsessive about the weigh-ins, i havent been too bothered by the fasting.. but it's only day 1. Having lettuce will help though, but i've never done a lettuce fast. It's all or nothing with me, so hopefully it will still help me lose weight [fast].

This Friday [according to my goals] I should be about 159, but I'd hope to be less. 155 would be ideal by then.

But i still have my test to get through tonight... I hope that i do well...I'm a lil scared.
