I believe my only option left is to go on my diet/hardcore workout routine, instead of starving myself. Bc it works if i only have to lose like10, 15 lbs but i have to lose about 40. Sooo here we go again... I had my Y schedule all planned out this morning, but i fell asleep on it and now i have to do it again. I wish i just had a membership here...grr. But my gosh it's so much work. Last time i had motivation: i was going to see my EXbf-and he hadnt seen me in a LONG time so i HAD to be TINY. And that worked. Now what? It was sort of my trip i was going to take with my friends this summer, but it's not enough. Bc i dont HAVE to do it, i want to, but i dont have to. Unlike when i saw my exbf i HAD to be skinnier.
So my "plan" is to starve tomorrow... elliptical and walk. Then start Monday for 3 weeks i'll swim 50 laps, elliptical and walk. It's usually about 20 pounds...most 25 lbs in 3 weeks. About a pound a day =[ But it's better than this. I mean if i get into the 130 area then i can starve myself for a few days and be where i wanna be.
Oh i want to look good in a bathing suit.
