well, I've been sick for a while
Basically that weekend of sleep was the start of a marathon of sickness for me. Three rounds of medicine, and today is the first day that I feel confident that maybe I'm through it! Yay!
I tried to give myself rest, and I think that I did pretty well, but there's only so much of that I could do. It's depressing.
I plan to fill in, at least with pictures, the time that has passed. Anything that wasn't sleep and doctor visits, that is.
Last Saturday, November 4th, was my 27th birthday.
I went to Kyoto with Caroline and Carla, and let me tell you, it was magic. It was a weekend when things just worked out. It was something that I think I'd enjoy at every age.
For now, because I want to get to bed early, I'll only state that I went to sleep on my birthday in a futuristic capsule in Osaka (as shown) and woke up to be transformed into a bright maiko at Kiyomizu Temple in Kyoto (as shown).
