Okay, not at all, but 2 of the people from this season of Greek have guest-starred on Grey's Anatomy. So weird. God, I love those shows.

Casey's prof/Ashley's boyfriend was on an episode where he was Teddy's date, and Ashley was actually on one of the first few episodes of this season of Grey's as a new intern and slept with Alex.

And Avery (one of the docs on Grey's) was Ashley's mystery flip-flop man during one spring break episode of Greek. They're all intertwined! So cool.
