In Illinois, social workers have several levels of certifications that follow this list
BSW (bacelor's in Social Work)
MSW (Masters in social work)
LSW (licensed social worker)
and at the top:
LCSW (Licensed clinical social worker)
I completed the required 3000 hours in August,
passed the test with 129 questions right, while needing only 100,
and submitted my application to the appropriate licensing authority
I am now an LCSW! yay!
