Mandy & Daniel, shits going down yo
Mandy was in the library just like any other day working on her Ancient Runes homework. It was a nice day out and she much rather be out walking around but there was some translations that were confusing the heck out of her and she needed to get them done before she could move to the next step. But she was a Ravenclaw and she loved puzzles but not when she couldn't figure it out after a few tries. She pulled at her ponytail in frustration before throwing her quill down and looking out the window.
There were some kids hanging outside and for some reason it was making her miss home. She missed her mom like none other. She hadn't heard from her mom besides the letter she got when her mom sent Salem, her kitten. She knew her mom was busy but it still was hard not hearing from her. She couldn't wait until Christmas break when she got to spend time with her.
She was shaken out of her thoughts by the library door slamming open.
