Update

Right now, I'm really not liking Hilander. When I came back from break they had me working 40+ hours for the holidays, I loved that! But now, absolutely everyone who works there has a max of like 25 hours a week. I have 22.5 this week. Arg. The only reason I'm upset is bc I really need that money for books for spring semester (I added it up, it's gonna be $400, fun fun). But I feel so incredibly bad for those ppl who actually use this money to pay their rent and buy their food... man..
I made up my mind, as soon as spring comes I'm going to look for a better job, like a receptionist at a hospital or something. Will I have better luck a third summer in a row looking for jobs? How does it go, third time's a charm? I hope so. I just know I need something that pays better than Hilander.
I was so glad I made it to Cicero on Saturday. It was fun. I saaaaaaw: Christian (duhhh), Christian's mom in the morning, Vero, Danny, Christina, Ryan, and Jesus, Sandra and Kristian for a little bit. Miss Jaz, I wanted to see you too! :-(
I got Christian this really awesome looking coat thing (that kind he likes) and I must say, he looks dashing in it. Haha. And I bought myself this really cute black tank top from Express. We went to this mall called Yorktown and I think the name sounds so cool, so sophisticated, haha, call me nerdy. I also bought a memory card for my camera and now I can hold 600+ pics in it at one time! I don't know much about technology, so I was blown away. Let's see how long it takes me to take 600 pictures, haha.
I can't wait till I go to U of I so I can see Hostel with Christian. The guys and I couldn't watch it on Saturday, but watched Munich instead. We got the theater late so the lucky ones that we are, we were left with front row. The screen was in our faces and I had to look straight up to watch the movie for three hours. The movie was pretty good, I just have some blank spots from the times I dozed off on Christian's shoulder, haha.
I had to be home by 10 and I actually made it from the Quarrel (sp?) to Rockford in one HOUR. Hehehe (and I wasn't even driving THAT fast). So I was only about 25 minutes late. I got home, got ready really fast, then went out dancing to El Arcoiris with a couple of friends. They have really pimped out that place, it looks very cool. I saw a reaaally old friend there from highschool, it was awesome. Spanish music is my all time fav to dance to. Put on cumbias, BACHATAS!, reggaeton, duranguense, salsa, merengue.. and off I go, I love it.

Counting down the days till I go back to U of I..... 5 to go.. :-D

G'Night.
