(no subject)
Well it is official,
I am no longer a Sainsbury's employee.
I have worked my last and final day with Sainsbury's (I hope) and while it was a sad day it was also of the good because people were really nice. I got cards, hugs, well wishes and presents. I never expected any of it and it was really nice. Went out to lunch with Tej and Kali, escaped Sainsbury's for a bit and then I worked an hour extra to help Bharat out by getting more or less all of his fire training done and then sent my handover, which made it all very official.
God, this is weird.
I spent 2 years and 5 months there and now it's just over. Very weird. I will be seeing them again and I have exchanged numbers with people, I still have my dinner to go to anyways.
I have a lovely parker pen courtesy of Kali and vouchers/money from everybody else.
One door of my life closes and another opens.
In other news, I am on anti-flammatories for my arm and I am scheduled to see an expert at my doctor's for a possible steroid injection on the 4th June.
I'm still in shock, I think.
