You are a gift to me, a song that's free.

I certainly have been neglecting live journal lately. I'm all about the MySpace now, oooh.

Let me see, what can I update on? I turned 18 last Sunday and had a huge schindig, I'm done classes on Wednesday, had a birthday dinner with some family tonight and have two more to go. I've pretty much been celebrating birthdays all of November. First it was Becky's b-day weekend extravaganza, then mine, and Caitlin's is coming up next week. Craziness.

I'm having a great time helping out with the youth as a SPIT (sponsor-in-training). It's been a great experience so far, and I'm sure it will only get better. I practically live at the Wachal house on the weekends. I've started going to c&c events now, and am actually going to be able to go to the Saturday night events because the hours changed at work, allowing me to get off earlier. I'm looking forward to the dinner and a movie on Nov.17. We're going to the Wachal's for dinner, then out to see Narnia. It shall be a grand time. The gr.12's are now being invited to the c&c events, which excites me.

I'm very excited for Mel and Arielle to come home. Mel comes home in about a week, and Arielle in about two or three. It'll be awesome to see them.

I'm so excited for Christmas! The tree is going up tonight, and I just may start my Christmas shopping sometime this week or early next week. I won't allow myself to get behind on it this year. I don't like the cold weather, but I do love the atmosphere of winter and the Christmas season. Everyone just seems so much happier! It would make sense, it is a happy season.

Alright, well I better be off to go decorate the Christmas tree.

I bid you adieu.
