I haven't updated in a long while. It's been at least a few weeks, I think. I'll see if I can try and remember to cover all of the interesting things that have been going on in my life this past month.

School is still going well. For a while I was starting to get sick of it, but I've started actually doing my readings and my homework so I feel better about my classes. I really hope I do well, I need to get good marks.

I'm still making new friends, which is always cool. I met a girl named Anna in my english class who's a friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend...haha. We found out that we both share a love for Default and are both going into the Creative Communications program. I don't really know anyone that likes Default, especially not as much as I do. She may even be a bigger fan, which is crazy. Speaking of Default, I got eighth row seats to their Nov.3 show at the Burt with Staind. I'm not a fan of Staind, but I honestly didn't mind spending the money mostly to see Default. It's going to be an awesome show. I can't stop raving about their new CD, "One Thing Remains". It absolutely blew me away, it is definetely their best work yet. If you don't like any of Default's older stuff, you'd probably still like this CD. It's THAT good. It comes out Oct.11, go buy it!!

As far as being a SPIT goes, nothing to complain about. I've been enjoying learning about the different responsibilities of being a leader and helping out. Tonight I get to help set up for the movie night at the Asman's. It should be a good time, it was really fun last year.

Last week Thursday I went out with the infamous Scanny. We had such a good time, and if you've read her eljay I apologize, this is repeating what she stated: Everytime we hang out, even if we hadn't hung out for months inbetween, it's like we've seen each other everyday. Although I'm crappy at keeping in touch and we both have busy schedules, I really hope that we're the kind of friends that stay in touch after high school and remain life long friends. We've always gotten along so well, I'd hate for that to end just because our lives "got busy". I know, I know...*input Family House moment here*. Hehe. Anyways, we ended up going to Moxie's and sitting on the patio to eat some delicious baja quesedillas. The waiter hit on us and asked us if we were going to Oktoberfest. I should've said, "yeah, wanna come?" It was entertaining. We ran/danced our way out of there and then proceeded to hit up the Exchange District. James Van der Beek was nowhere to be found, to our dismay. We had a pretty sweet time checking out some odd hats. As soon as my lazy butt gets me upstairs I'll get the camera and put them up here.

What else? Things with certain people have been quite frustrating lately, but I've realized that there's really nothing I can do. Everyone just wants to be left alone to do their own thing, and sometimes people really don't want your help or input and you just have to leave it at that. It's unfortunate, but I guess that's just how it goes sometimes.

I'm not sure what's going down after youth tonight, but Leanne invited me to go to Lauren's when I'm done doing ma thing. I'm not sure if I'll be able to go, but I really wouldn't mind it. I haven't ever hung out with my high school friends at a partay before. It'd probably be fun.

Well, I think this post is by far long enough now. Sorry, the picture uploading didn't work. Something's wrong with my camera, I'll have to figure it out later.

Have a good night everyone!
