I surrender all my gall in a song of modern love

So I worked eleven hours today. At the rate people are leaving, Licks is on a one-way street to utter decadence. And not the good, sweet, choclatey kind.

Opening with Judi and her country music was an experience not unlike Hell.

Question: If there is indeed Hell/eternal damnation, do you think it's big and quite generally unpleasant, or do you think the powers really get specific, in order to make it as bad for you as possible.

At Licks, you have to write a name on the receipt because the people at the dressing table need to call them over. Usually they give me the usual handles: Dave, Susan, Bob, Vlad, etc etc. Sometimes, however, they give me more interesting ones like Cheesehead, Jesus, Seymour Butts, Mickey Mouse, or like today, Penis-Face.
Bad idea. Apparently that was inappropriate. Judi was not amused.

I'm tired. My grandma can sure make one mean chicken sandwich.

"So there's an end to that - it's commonplace: light goes out with life, and in the winter of your years the dark comes early." - The Player, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

What a line. I love Stoppard.
