My music is on some sort of loop. I seem to be listening to only a very strict regiment of songs. Primarily:
"Cocaine Cowgirl, Matt Mays
Dead Disco, Metric
Crazy On You, Heart
Under Pressure, Queen & David Bowie
Jaws of Life, Wintersleep
Origin of Love, Rufus Wainwright
Where is my Mind, The Pixies
Fair, Remy Zero
Caring is Creepy, The Shins"
At least they're good songs, and they make me quiver a little when I hear them.
"I know you tried to change things. I know, I know you tried to change!" - Metric
I've gotten two compliments at work during the last couple of days. Depending on today's outcome, I'm tied for the most GOLD STARS! 100 bucks could be mine.
I have no life.
MICHAEL JACKSON IS INNOCENT! HOLY HELL!
I knew it! He's very weird, but he seems like a good guy.
I just hope people leave him alone now.
My Grandma, in the relentless pursuit against the wicked aunt that ruined my poor, beloved uncle. I feel like a private eye.
Sarah is alive! Praise Allah!
Now for picking courses. This should be good.
I feel bad about changing topics so rapidly, but I don't have a lot to say about the little that I have to say.
American Dad... I don't know. I keep watching it, hoping to find something I like about it, but other than the gay-lien and the German fish, there's nothing I can really find. All the humans are kind of stinkers. Especially the wife and the kids.
But that's just one innocent cannibal's opinion.
Family Guy, on the other hand, is hilarious, although that song about AIDS was, in my opinion, done in extremely bad taste. They cross a lot of lines on that show, but that time... tsk. Oi well...
Best in Show was a surprisingly fresh movie.
"Listen to the Mustn'ts, child,
Listen to the Don'ts
Listen to the Shouldn'ts
The Impossibles, the Won'ts
Listen to the Never Haves,
Then listen close to me --
Anything can happen, child,
Anything can be."
Shel Silverstein
She's brilliant and underestimated. I wish I could unlock her (not in a dirty way)... Then again, I bet that she wishes that she could unlock herself.
