(no subject)
I wish I had better news, but I don't. I had a car crash. Noone's hurt, thank God, but we're all pretty shaken.
To begin the story we went to drop the youngest (4 months old) at my mother's house. Then my husband drove until Lachenaie (near Montreal, 45 minutes drive from here) to go at Costco. We stopped at Kelsey's to eat lunch then went to do our monthly shopping at the 'familial size' paradise.
Everything was fine until we came back. We had stopped at a convenience store for some water and lemonade. Unfortunately, a few minutes later, as soon as we were on the freeway a car ahead of us stopped. The car right in front of us couldn't make a detour (woul've been too dangerous) and it stopped. My husband was her stop and put the breaks, giving enough space between our mini-van and her car 'in case'.
The car behind us saw us at the last minute, but the other car behind him didn't. There was this chain reaction and we ended up being hit twice in the rear. My daughter started to cry because something hit her, but she's alright. We all are. Except for some pai in the neck and the back, but fairly nothing more that I had before.
Right now I have one hell of a headache, kids are tired..noone's hungry. Nice Mother's Day huh?
