Joy! Happiness! Bliss!
The Opera was /wonderful/. I have reaffirmed my love for the art, and once more desperately wish I could sing like that.. and stand in front of a group of people without turning very red and wanting to pass out/hide in a corner. Sigh.
Wandered for drinks (non-alcoholic on Carl and my parts) with the Choir and a /lot/ of the staff showed up. Very cool.:) The Choir sang.. several times in fact, and very very very well. It was fun! However, eventually it did become uncomfortable, what with us being /way/ young, me not knowing /anyone/ but Carl and his father.. yeah.
Note from earlier: The gift was /very/ well recieved. Unexpected GOOD. :>
Anyhoo, so we left. chit-chat randomly on the way here. Noticed a /lot/ of hugs today. This is a good thing. :> So, feeling rather more brave then usual, I done give him a peck on the cheek. No. You may /not/ laugh now. Nah. If you don't like the way I do things, you can tell me, and I'll be /very/ sure to respond. Heh.
So, yeah. I sort of bounced up the stairs. Very happy. Planning on making plans for later this week too, sometime. Of course, wensday I leave til Friday, and Valentine's is a BAD time to do ANYTHING! Have I ever mentioned I HATE Valentines? If not, this is me saying it. I hate valentines.
Soo, I think I'll stop babbling now. :) I'm just in such a FUZZY mood. :> *Bounces off*
