Chee, is it that time again?

Well, I had a throughly satisfying day today, but first..

On.. Wednesday? I think it was Wednesday, I finally aquired a desk (again) at work. Woot is me. Anyway, no more hauling around a box of crap twice a day - wich is good! My shoulder really don't NEED a work out. o.O

Got my tax return, and used it to pay off my credit card again after the shopping trip. :) So that was nice. However, I was Irritated (it deserves the capital letter and actually became the Word of the Day) on Thursday when I tried to find a decent pair of sandals for when the weather gets nice (whenever THAT might be.. like next millenium). I have the worst, most evil feet ever.. apparently. Depending on the shoe, I wear anywhere between and 8 and a 10.. wide. Now, I dunno when they dictated that all people have feet flat as a damn BOARD, but apparently this is so, however, I do not and I have relatively long feet with short, stubby toes. ((I had this rather long and clever sounding paragraph in here, but I hit a key, and I have no idea wich ones.. and half my paragraph vanished and I couldn't get it back. I wimpered.. I really did.)) Anyway, 45 minutes later I was almost spitting nails and ready to kill one of the useless staff members at the shoe store, so my mother dragged me out.

Well, after that, we headed to Zellers, as I needed other stuff - you know, those small annoying things - toothpaste, fabric softner, conditioner.. yadda yadda. Also one of those air spraying cans to clean the PC. Since we where both kind of wasted (my mother just because, and me because I had been REALLY frustrated just shortly before that), so we figure we'll just eat at Zellers.. only they close at 8. WHO, in thier right friggin' minds, in the GIANT mall, closes at 8PM?!?! Apparently these people. So we bought our stuff and went out instead. Wich was fine. Did I mention that we stopped at a petstore as well? Yeah. Like our cats NEED more toys. Ha! Watching JeJe with the laser pointer is worth HOURS of entertainment though.

Anyway, by the time I got home, I just sorta wanted to do nothing. We watched CSI, and then I think I pretty much went to bed. Oo, I was, however, thrilled to see that my Good Omens had arrived. Such a good book.

Howver, today, I feel much better. I got a TON of stuff done. All of mine, and my mothers, laundry, plus the ol' sheets and blanket. Cleaned up the room. De-dusted the PC. Downloaded a bunch of tunes and updated my MP3 play list. :P Liberally used the Febreeze. Still need to vacuum, but figured there's no harm in doing that on Sunday. :D Drove the cat crazy throwing about a bazillion toys down the hallway. (Seriously, I threw about 5 toys in a row at one point - she litterally ran from toy to toy going 'Ooooh! Toy... Another one!.. Shiney! AGAIN!' and never got a chance to actually play with them). Ripped some of my favorite songs to MP3 so I could stick them on my player as well. And then, I read Good Omens. I admit, I started it last night, but didn't read long. I haded it to Mom about 20 minutes or so ago.

I was, however, rather ticked when I was putting my laundry away and discovered faint marks on my brand spanking new white dress shirt. There was much clenching of teeth and snarling. I can still wear it, but it very much has to go to a dry cleaners to get that removed. Hmm. Maybe tomorrow we can leave extra early (since we're leaving early ANYways) and stop at the shoe place Ross was mentioning and see if I can find a pair of sandals...

Well. That about covers that. I'll probably head to bed right away. Later all!
