The recall offices closed at midnight Wednesday night, all forms are in and have been evaluated by Vai and I. The only thing left is the final judgment by relevant Valar/Valier. Aulë is already a busy Vala, and with all the Sons of Fëanor claiming him as a patron Vala and crap, he's got more forms than he has the attention span the time to fill
