Fitness Summary - Day 5 or so

Well, being up for two days got me sick, so I haven't been exercising.. I am keeping with the diet though, just eating other low-carb foods besides chickens. Current plan is to start weight lifting workouts on Thursday, and take it easy until then.

Day 5 Weigh In: 229.0lbs, 29.3% bodyfat

Still making progress... But without exercise, I'm losing both fat and muscle, as can clearly be seen by my steady bodyfat percentage while losing weight. Progress is still progress though, and weight-lifting will help fix the muscle loss.
