(no subject)
I haven't updated this piece o' crap in a while.
Right now i'm in Pennsylvania, looking at colleges. It kind of sucks a lot. I got up at 4am and we drove to the airport and stood in a wicked long security line. Our plane was 30 minutes late to take off, and 45 minutes late to land. Unfortunately our plane landed just as our connecting flight was going to take off, and so we ran from gate C-31 to C-16 to take a fucking shuttle bus to gate F-14. But the guy in F-14 told us the plane was 25 minutes late and in gate F6. So we run to F6 and the guy there is like "no, its in F12" so we book it back to F12 and there's no one there, and it turns out our plane wasnt 25 minutes late, the United Airlines people just suck at life.
So here we are, stranded in the Philidelphia airport until the next flight to Harrisburg (which was at 11:10). But 11:10 comes, and the plane isnt here. We finally board at 11:45, and are completely out of the airport at 1. So we missed the 1 o'clock tour for Gettysburg, and arrived just in time for my 2:00 interview. So here I am, totally frazzled, havent eaten anything since yesterday after school when I ate a cookie, and still in my sweatpants cause thats what i decided to put on at 4 this morning.
Guh, so the Interview was okay, I met with the music woman who is psychotic (she was wearing a bright pink suit and craaaaazy eye makeup) and then i was like "OKAY MOM, WE NEED TO GO" cause honestly, I dont even want to be on this trip and so far it's caused so many more problems than it needs to. Lucky I have wireless in this hotel so i can go on AIM and facebook and all of my other addictions, but still, i'm lonely and miserable.
I want to come home :(
