break time
well i suppose i should update
last week from friday to monday i was in mackinaw island with my jeremy. we had a blast!!! we rode the ferry in on saturday and sunday and saw the fort, grand hotel, butterfly conservatory (which was really cool! its this green house with about 1000 butterflys flying all around..and some of them were so gorgeous!!), we took a carriage ride around the park, the shops, some other museum type stuff, and the rock formations. on sunday we rented bikes and rode around the island..which is when we got engaged!! it was so perfect, and i am so happy and excited!! so mackinaw was a great relaxed trip indeed!
on tuesday i get a call from stacie asking if i want to join them for chicago for the next four days. sure why not! so i then went on vacation again to chicago. once again had a blast!! we went to the museum of science and industry..my favorite section of that was the prenatal collection..so neat! we also saw an imax on fishies. we did the mile and did some shopping. also we ate at the cheesecake factory..so so so so yummy!! we also went down to navy pier a few times and went on a boat trip..we also drank many cups of starbucks coffee and many drinks from bars! we went to the jazz club howl at the moon..and i got a drink that was in a fish bowl! so insane! had a great time in chicago! i love love chicago..its clean and the people are some what nice..and everytime i go their there are always new things to do and new things to see. such a great city!
so after being on vacation for like a week..i am happy to be home.
today was clean the house day and finish upacking. i have succeeded with it pretty much..well not really but oh well.
i did plant some flowers outside and clean up the yard a bit..jeremy mowed it.
nemo is taking a cat nap on my shoulder. he sure is cute but is a little butthead! he is in this biting phase..and seems to be loving it and we cant get him out of it.
we went and saw the davinci code last night..it was definitly interesting, it seems that it could definitly be a possibility of what had happened. i seemed to of liked it. it was funny though because this morning we went to church..and the pastor had a whole speech on the davinci code and how he believes it is fiction..well to a point it is. but no one really knows the truth so how can we say someone elses opinion is false when we dont even know if our opinion is true. i dunno just a bunch of controversy. i didnt like though going to church and getting a whole lecture type thing on it..i suppose thats not what church is about. its more about welcoming opinions and discussions of what our faith lies ahead of us..not juding people..right?
but it did feel good to go to church and pray abit.
plus i love and welcome any opportunity where i can tell people that i am engaged and getting married!!
the lady sitting next to us was INSANE! with every song she was singing it in this really loud out of tune ophra voice and had this really loud annoying urkel laugh. and at the end when we were leaving she ran after me and asked me if she could give me a makeover..i said yes because i felt like she would of killed me if i said no. i think i just met the town psycho!
I AM GETTING MARRIED!! ahh it hits me and the oddest moments and i just burst into this rage of emotion and excitment!!
i seriously need a pedi..my feet are gross!!
finally got my car..and i love love love it!!!!! its werid sometimes being in a whole new town and place.
i need to find a job..i have applied at about 6 or so places. no where has called me back yet. i supposed i should call them on tuesday to see if we can set up an interview. i kind of enjoy this whole lazy day agenda..but i guess it cant be like this forever.
