why does the ice cream man practically speed on by? Like, seriously. Give me a second to grab a couple bucks, put on something decent, & run down the stairs and down the block. Gosh! Haha, seriously though, how many people really just so conveniently happen to be standing outside their houses waving a dollar bill around? This is not 1950, people. Even Wally and the Beav would be screwed in this day and age.
