And shit, when I was a kid, I didn't get to watch television! My parents made me act like a kid. They'd go and set me outside in front of a tree for a few hours, and that amused me just fine. It forced me to have thoughts of my own instead of what the Idiot Box would otherwise want to put into my head. (Probably just to further secure the consumer culture of "BUY! BUY! BUY!" anyway.)
