There is moderate loss of T2 signal at L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc spaces.
L3-L4: There is a small central protrusion measuring 3 mm. This distorts the thecal sac anteriorly.
L4-L5: There is a broad based disc bulge, somewhat paracentral to the right, with a small linear T2 Signal at the edge consisten with a linear annular tear.
L5-S1: There is a small posterior disc bulge without central canal stenosis. There is left neural foraminal narrowing without stenosis. The exiting nerve rtoot appears to abut the disc bulge at the nerve roots inferior aspect, best seen on the sagittal veiw.
In english-
I have 3 bulging discs in my lower back. I tore the outter shell thing to one of my discs. Some of my discs are wearing away very fast(aKa) the middle stuff is running low. My nerves are being pissed off by all this. I cant explain it all right now because I heard all this a few hours ago, but better of course.
I see a REAL orthopedic surgen, not some "Rehabilitation" quack, soon. I call tomorrow to make an apt.
I am very afraid, the doctor who explained my MRI results today told me a lot of frightful things I have ahead.
I will try to keep you guys posted.
<3 Thanks for all your kind words of courage.
I will pull through this some how.
Money right now is low and it is difficult to just pay for the $500 MRI but some how I will make it out of this alive and hopefully still be walking.
