Back to the Jersey life...
SO I've been home in Jersey for a little while. I've been keeping myself busy with friends and what not down here so it has been fun.
I'll start from Thursday before I left. The dorm was practically empty. I was so bored once Steph left at 7. I watched some episods of Family Guy and talked to people throughout the dorm. (Next time I'm going home after a tri, I'm making my flight that day.) SO then I went over to Chris's at like 9 and stayed over. I'm confused with the whole situation. I don't know what it up, but I guess I will figure things out with it sooner or later.
Friday: I flew home and Steven picked me up. Gotta love the best friend. :o) We took the scenic route through Pilly since he decided to take I-95 south towards DE. We made a couple stops to Best Buy, the mall, and his house before going back to my house. I got to see his mom who I think is sometimes more excited than my family to see me. I swear his fam is my second family. When we got to my house we left directly from there to Dave and Busters with my parents for my dad's work thing. We met up with my big bro and his gf. Fun times. Ate and played lots of games. I kick ass at the driving games.( Cops dont give me bullshit speeding tickets)
Sat: I saw some of the theater kids. There are lots of newbies. It was nice to see them, although I didnt stay for the show because I went to see Steven's brother and sister-in-law plus the kids. I only got to see Justin but its all good he's a lil cutie.
Sunday: I went to church like a good girl. Then went up to the grandparents. That was fun. I also made a visit to Rutgers to see some of the kids up there. I went and saw my brother and his finace at their house too. I also found out that I'm helping them make thanksgiving dinner...meaning I'm dragging my butt outta bed early to drive an hour and half to help them. At night saw Brian and hung out at his house and watched movies.
Monday: Nothing to exciting. Saw some of the college kids. MOre and more are coming back each day. It's a plus. Friday will be fun with everyone together again. I got my hair cut. It's shorter than i wanted, but it works. I like it. I needed a change. Umm got my grades. I could have done better. Quantitive Analysis killed me with the C. Yea I know I could have gotten help from a friend but I am stubborn and towards the end thought I understood it. I guess not. Hopefully I will not have to take QA 2. Besides that class I got 2 B+, an A and and A+. So I'm happy with all of those plus I made Enviro Sci an honors class. SO I got to honors credit this tri since the C in QA gets me no honors credit for it. Later on I hung out at bri's house again and watched more movies.
Today: Nothing exciting. I went and talked to some teachers at my school. It was nice to see them, but I don't miss high school. My friends I miss..but all will be okay. I get to see them on breaks or if/when they visit me. :o) I also got hired for a bagger job for the week before christmas, which is awesome. It's the easiest job and I make $7.75. ALl I do is bag gift certificates and what not. Right now i have a total of 29 hours. It's pretty sweet. I love my best friends mom who got me the job. I get to work in the general area with her too in customer service at the mall. Probably gonna hang out with Christine tonight or maybe a group of people. Not exactly sure, but then again my plans down here are never final till I'm out with people.
