Ugh...What A Week
My uncle had his surgery on Thursday. It was almost 7 hours long. They took out 20 inches of his esophagus so now he's only left with 4 inches. But he's doing pretty good. Hopefully I'll get to go see him soon. My Aunts oxygen level was so low the other day by the time she got up to the room to see my Uncle that they actually borrowed my Uncles oxygen for my Aunt. Her oxygen levels were so low she could've easily been admitted.
I've finally seen Sicko by Michael Moore and honestly after watching it I'm disgusted beyond belief. I swear it's made me rethink future plans. I just might not be an American citizen for much longer. I can't fathom working all my life and then to have 1 medical emergency bury me in so much debt that I wouldn't be able to survive. That is absolutely unacceptable!
