Aside from my goal to read *at least* 75 books this year, I have also decided to enter into a couple other challenges along the way.
The first one being the
Chick Lit Challenge From January 1 through December 31, 2009, read at least 10 chick lit books. Books can overlap with other challenges and you can change your list at any time.
My picks for this challenge:
- Austenland by Shannon Hale
- The Stepmother by Carrie Adams
- The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde
- The Measure of a Lady by Deeanne Gist
- The Convenient Groom: A Nantucket Love Story by Denise Hunter
- 13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson
- Baby Proof by Emily Giffin
- Enchanted, Inc. by Shanna Swendson
- Miss Match by Erynn Mangum
- Rematch by Erynn Mangum
I found this to be a somewhat hard list to compile. I don’t really read a lot of chick-lit, so I had to do some research and revamp my list a little bit.
The second challenge I’ve joined is the
What’s in a Name Challenge.
