Thursdays...
Drinking Mimosas and finally joined the world of etsy. not as a seller, but you know.. a buyer. I've only lurked until now. Being tipsy i just bought 60 dollars worth of stuff.... AHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAA. A rainy day girl print, a branch necklace, a button and some sort of odds and ends collection thing. I needed them, obviously, Yesterday i went on a shopping spree for presents and then the day before i went to Anthropologie because they were having a sale. I"M ADDICTED!
Cor, gimme names of good etsy shops that i'll like. i tried to look up black apple (at least i think that's the name of the print you gave me) but totally didnt find it.
Getting new front windows for the house. The woman, who is awkward funny but super nice, is coming back over to our house tomorrow so i can sign papers. My hope is that it will set our house apart from others in the neighborhood AND, most importlantly (leaving it!).... help with heating/cooling costs. trying to green up the house the best i can. Big plans this year to actually get these big projects done. Kitchen and all new flooring are the two biggest. Even though i don't like to admit it, We'll be in this house for a while due to the economy (never thought that word would ever make its way into my blog).
Looking for a new sofa but have a feeling it will take a while - dave and i have at least agreed on a budget. phew.
