Wish List: redoing all the flooring.... hardwood in hallways/kitchen-fireplace area, carpet in the bedrooms and living room. carpet tile in the sun porch/office and lovely tile in the bath and master bath.
painting the cabinets white and adding moulding to the doors and possibly some mod crown if i feel up to it. it's the biggest task i might take on myself, although i'm a bit weary.
also redoing kitchen countertops and backsplash. hoping for glass tile backsplash and something NOT granite on the counter. thinking, maybe a slate tile. maybe.
biggest interior remodel is the master bathroom. i want to tear out that little nook on the other side and expand the bathroom so i can have a soaking tub and a two headed shower, tile everywhere. i also dream of a skylight. :P
Is this a little remodel? *sigh*
also needed is re-landscaping in the front yard to define my yard from my nasty pet pooping neighbors and the backyard fence needs to be redone as it's falling down and pretty unsightly.
ideally as well, new energy efficient windows, new siding and more/better insulation of the whole house. HA. but those things are after i get the interior to my liking. maaaaaaaaybe.
Priorities have yet to be set :P depending on how much i want to/should spend.
