ho hum
Hey to everyone out there reading this. I'm just sittin here thinkin of somethin to do and guess what came to my mind? give up? write in my journal of course! DUH! anyway, today was a pretty good day. Let me give you a run down of it real quick. First I woke up at 8AM and got ready for school. I listened to my history teacher ramble on like he always does for an hour. I then had to go to work, where i didn't really have to work hard cause we just weren't that busy. While at work I get a surprise visit from Kristy, Shea, and their mom. I think they were there more for the food than for me but that's ok cause I'm used to it. heh. Anyway, then I came home where I was hoping I would get to see my dad before he went back to georgia; unfortunately I did not. That was the only bad part of my day. So I washed my clothes and take cortney to work. I then come home and start reading a little and wind up falling asleep while my supper is in the oven and the timer going off the whole time. I didn't burn down the joint thankfully. I then get a call from cortney at work asking if I could pick her up. And seeing how I had nothin else to do and how I love gettin to see her I didn't object. Now I'm back at home and updating my journal. Now I'll give you a quick run down of my weekend. Friday I practiced with my band for like 4 1/2 hrs. Geez my fingers and forearm was really sore cause I haven't practiced that hard in a long time. Saturday I go over to shea's to give her that cd player and cd. Then think I have to go to work but shea's mom (who is the greatest) calls in mcalisters for me and tells them I'm dyin or somethin to that effect. So me and kristy go and get shea a bday card and find out cortney and brent are fixin to be back in town. We then go up to the school and wait for them. They get there and I get to see my cortney which was great cause I hadn't seen her in like forever! (ok so a week but you get my drift) We then all go back to shea's where we just have a big ole bday shindig for shea. All the while me and mike are being the lil pyro's while shea and cortney keep yelling at us to get out of the fire. Did I mention I caught my jeans on fire? Nothing major just a lil burnt. Anyway, woke up at 7AM and started getting all my junk packed up and took cortney home. Lets see sunday I worked 11-2 then find out cortney didn't have to go to mississippi and so me and her just hung out for the rest of the day. Guess what I'm doin tomorrow? Give up again? jesus you guys suck. Well I'll tell you... Friday afternoon at work I get pulled into the managers office where they sit me down and make it seem like I'm getting in trouble. Well, I get a lil defensive cause in my humble opinion I think I'm doin a pretty durn good job. Come to find out they think the same thing. So the managers want to take me and two other people on a trip to atlanta to watch the Atlanta Hawks. So I'm goin. I think that's pretty cool cause like yea a free trip to atlanta where everything is paid for...who wouldn't like it? Anyway, I think I'm bout to go now cause this entry is startin to get a weee bit lengthy. Hopefully I'll get to talk to all you cool cats later. cyas.
