kirstie alley is my bff...but "cheers" still sucks
so about a month after graduating i finally got a job. i'm now an employee of jenny craig. it seems kind of weird, but it's true. i'm starting out as a client coordinator. mostly i will just be dealing with the food though. i'll be stocking food, bagging it for clients, cleaning, and doing some computer work. i'm starting at $8/hr which is like two dollars more than i make now, plus this job is full time. After a month or so if i'm working out well and they think i'm ready, and i like the job, i get to go through intensive training to become a client consultant, which will also include a raise inwhich i'll be making more money than my mum makes. crazy. i'm just glad to finally get a job, and a full time one at that. most of the ones i found and applied for were only part time. so i'll be starting monday at 9am.
other than that life as a college graduate has been uninteresting. i mostly just watch tv, read, and work. i did get a puzzle last night and i started it today, but i think i was a little too ambitious in getting the 1000 piece puzzle. i should have started with the 500 or less. right now it has taken over my kitchen table, which i don't use anyhow so it's fine. i wonder how long it will stay there.
