beach memories
Wow. The past 5 days have been so awesome, I'm gunna have to do a recap.
Wed~ Mary came to NNews to see me & we busted some moves at Bar Norfolk w/ some Captain Mo' & then came home & snuck into the pool & jacuzzi w/ Charlie & Stef ( hey ya'll) ;)
Thurs~ The beach adventures started at 5 when Mary & I left for Myrtle Beach. We screamed & acted goofy the whole way cause thats what we do best together :). We stopped at this one gas station that had a bar called Happy Days and it played oldies...sooo country. When we got to the beach we went out around 2 a.m. to meet up with friends. Good times learning to play asshole ( i know i'm a baby) & some red delicious apple martinis!
Friday~ Spent the day recovering from the booze & laying on the beach. We went out to dinner that night at a sweet japanese place (mmmm shrimp sushi) & then we pre-gamed before we headed out to club Kryptonite. This place was sooo packed & soo huge. I loved it, we danced for about 4 hours straight.
Saturday~ Another day on the beach w/ Mary. The tide started coming in so instead of moving our towel back we decided to build an elaborate sand wall & name it "Maranda" cause we are cool kids like that. We also ate at the Crab Shack that night which was amazing seafood. But then the fun really started w/ the jungle juice card games & then headin' out to the club again. Now I know what its like to be 21 because they didn't card us & we got to order drinks all night. Sooo...3 cups of jungle juice, 1 Tom Collins, 1 Yager bomb, & 1 blue hurricane later = pulling over to throw up in the bushes 2 times on the way home. Its all good though, at least now i'm not in a hurry to be 21 anymore, haha. :)
Today has mostly just consisted of recovering & driving. I just finished watchin' Finding Nemo w/ Mary & Brian since they both hadn't seen it (great to see ya again!)...and now i'm headin' to bed :)
Mary~ thanks so much girl for the good talks & the great fun, i love you! ( and apparently I like to make-out with you too ) ;) haha I won't go there.
