hello all..
Well its been a couple days since I last updated...been a lil busy to say the least. Home was amazing spent some quality time with my mom, sister, and niece....and then the friends....it was crazy didn't get to see all my friends but i saw a few. Christmas will be better I am sure.
I got a new vehicle...the neon is gone....I know am the proud owner of a 2005 Chevy Sandstone metallic Trailblazer...I love my new vehicle....its awesome!!! it was slightly used but honestly only 6,000 miles...thats 2 oil changes...seriously love the car!!!
Lets see what else...oh today was a good day...I have started working out...hopefully this time for good....but i won't be holding my breath...anyways...i went about 4pm then worked out till 7pm doing the following things....40 minutes treadmill....40 minutes of butts and guts...which is way harder than what I was used to at central...and they have way more things to use...awesome!! then I did cardio aerobics...yes people i did it!! then at 7pm I went home and changed my shirt to come back and play volleyball...I feel great!!!
Alright now I think I should get some sleep tomorrow I need to work out again....woo-hoo....hopefully I am not too sore...
