Tony Stark never failed to get under Selina's skin. Even if he was supposedly a nice guy, he was a constant reminder of what she hated about Gotham. Rich people who acted like it wasn't a big deal and flaunted it around. He was more modest than most the people in Gotham, but it would always be something that riled Selina. Especially after she had been trying to keep Bruce out of her head most of the evening and was failing miserably. Tony had to say the wrong thing at the wrong time to just set her off. Some small part of her did feel as if she owed him an apology. He hardly knew why she reacted the way she did, but Selina wasn't the type to give apologies. Especially to people who thought like Tony did.
Sending a glare to the snowman outside the front door, Selina left the Sanctuary. No doubt she caused a scene. Good. He could explain to everyone what happened. It wasn't as if she cared what the people at that party thought. She made an appearance and that was all that she intended to do. They could think whatever they did about her, she didn't care. At the moment all she cared about was getting far away from Tony Stark. Shrugging on her coat, Selina didn't care how cold it was or how noisy her shoes were when they hit the pavement in angered purpose. She didn't even particularly care how far away Hatfield House was from the Sanctuary. She was leaving and that was the only thing on her mind at that moment.
