It does. Better to get a view of one's surroundings than to stumble blindly through it.

[ She raises her hand to show the Bangle that rests on her wrist. ] All of us that have been brought here receive one of these. The Sanctuary has it's doors open to those who are in need of a place to live or rest from the world.

[ There's hardly any trust for these devices or the Mandalus Network. Especially when talking about the Order. Helen has known Ezio - and the basics of the Order - long enough to understand how they operate. She does her best not to give anything away about them. ]
