[ The fair was an impressive set-up. But the only jobs she had ever had before were traveling with the Doctor (yes that is a job) and being President. Neither in which were probably going to be of much use to her here. For now she was half-heartedly looking over a flier that had been stuffed into her hands but wasn't quite paying attention to where she was going, hence her suddenly bumping into someone from behind. ] Oh-- sorry!
[ She certainly wasn't looking to start up any trouble either. If anything she really needed to focus on trying to find a way to get in contact with any of her companions back home, but nothing she had found so far was proving to be useful. ] Still, I should have been paying more attention to where I was going. [ And then she bowed her head just a fraction. A gesture for apology. ]

He's the one who has to bring in the money. Figures. Finally an assassin and he still has to mix drinks. Just what he wants to do for the rest of his damn life. So, needless to say, he's a tad grumpy. ]
[ Unlike everyone else? Jane isn't looking for a job. She's trying to find someone who would pay her to do her research. Alright, it's still kind of a job, but it's not going and working as a waitress. For once, the scientist isn't causing much of a scene. She's weaving in and around people quietly, looking for who she can find that might be interested. ]
[He gives her a bright smile, stepping out of the way as a few people try to get by.] A sponsor... someone to pay for you to do something? Your work on the layout of the universes?
[ Clearly when coming to a new place the first thing one must do is go anywhere and everywhere possible in order to explore. Sort of came with the job of being a companion. But that is how Romana found herself at this fair business and had taken to looking around, despite the fact she had no inclination of getting a job to begin with. At least not yet. ]
