[The phone turns on when it's dumped on a table with a pile of other things, and the part that isn't obscured by shadows shows Tony's workshop, empty of human life until Tony walks into view a few seconds later. He's shirtless, which isn't uncommon when it comes to Tony, but for those who don't know him, the glowing blue circle in his chest is probably a little weird.]
JARVIS! Where the hell is my - oh, gotcha. [He picks up a small scanner, pricking his finger to draw blood and then checking the device's screen.] And blood toxicity level is normal, hallelujah, praise be above, et cetera and so forth. Looks like the new core's definitely holding out.

Not now, darling, daddy's working. [Tossing aside the device, he deftly twists the the arc reactor and pulls it from his chest, holding it up and checking something too small to see on camera. Then just as swiftly as before, he pops the reactor back into its casing and takes a slow, deep breath to steady himself. Even now he doesn't like having the reactor out even for a few seconds.] No degradation around the edges or in the core, and definitely no smoking chunk of twisted metal. I should be getting awards for this shit, seriously. Oh wait, I am.
