[ Jane's phone turns on BROADCAST by accident, as she's just planning on recording what she's found. The camera angle changes a lot as she gets out of a car, the dirt ground near the road to the Spaceport being shown. ]
This should be good. [ A moment later, the camera swoops up to Jane's face as she makes sure it's recording. With a nod, Jane

[There is fear, concern, worry, and a whole cocktail of emotions on Thor's face and in his voice. He is already moving out towards the woods and everything behind him is a blur as he uses Mjolnir to get there.]
Jane?! Are you alright?!

[ Jane can't see where the phone landed, but she can certainly hear the question. ]
I'm pretty sure I am. Nothing is--[ BANG. ]

[Thor doesn't waste time in responding, instead he just gets there because this is too dangerous and he can't help feeling like his heart is in his throat right now.

He comes back down after a few minutes, and lands near her.]
It is yet too dark to be certain of what it is, but it seems not to be a storm but an object.

She jumps slightly as he lands back next to her. ]
You mean like a thing or a living thing?

I fear it is something we should be preparing for. It is possible it could be the serpent. I could not get close enough to tell. The white lights in the sky... they look familiar, in a way I yet not know. [He frowns for a long moment before his gaze finds her again.]
This is no storm, this is not of me, or of my control. I cannot stop this.

[ Jane pushes herself up. ] I'd be worried if it was your storm, Thor.
What do you mean by they look familiar?

It is not a natural storm. The lights remind me of... something they cannot possibly be. [He watches for a moment longer, because it's not clear enough yet.]

[ Her hands make a wide motion, urging him on. ]

They remind me of the roots of Yggdrasil, Jane. They remind me of the tree. But... that cannot be possible. Not if we are at the core, we cannot be near the roots.
