Helen looks up from her work over at the man approaching her. She doesn't recognize him, but that's hardly going to stop her from helping him. Helen quickly comes over to meet him, looking him over with his various marks and afflictions. ]

It's no trouble at all. I've already started setting some rooms aside for temporary places to stay for those who don't reside in the Sanctuary. Once you're well again, you're more than welcome to be on your way.
