04 ⚜ text/action for the venetian district;
[ Since Gabriel's take over of the district, Helen has managed to find a suitable building to hold a make shift care center. The brutality on the streets from the militia only reinforces the fact that it's needed. She has set it up in a multistory building. The first floor is completely vacant, while the second and third floors are used for caring. Those who need medical treatment are treated on the second, while the third is open to those who need to rest. Communications about the care center are strictly encoded, using a private filter to keep it as secret as possible.
Standing at the entrance to the second floor, she looks out over at the few residents that have already been brought to her. All that comes to mind is the trenches of Great World War, and then the broken Europe left from the Second World War. Trying to help the multitudes, but wondering if it does do any good. Not that the negative thoughts will stop Helen. It never does. Helen presses forward and goes back to helping those around her with a resolve that's always there. It's merely stronger in trying times such as these. ]
