BUSINESS DISTRICT;
[WHAT'S UP BUSINESS DISTRICT? So things have actually been kind of nice lately, haven't they? Nothing much in the way of fighting, or overly hostile take overs. The tense atmosphere following the surprise appearence of the Serpent's army aside, things have been relatively quiet.]
[Hopefully you all enjoyed the quiet while it lasted.]
[That army has finally started to move. The more prominent buildings around the district? Chances are you can see the heavy clouds of smoke billowing out of them from where ever you happen to be, as the Serpent's forces set fires to them one by one. The civilians that occupied them previously are being vacated, rounded up and taken away- if they cooperate, that is. Those that resist, well....the bodies are still scattered in the nearby streets for all to see.]
[You might also notice that while work is still being done on the barriers, forces there have been stretched even thinner than they were. More focus has been put on the library, the university, the latter of which especially is being fortified and put heavily under guard. You might see a lot of people being taken inside, but very few actually come back out. Gotta keep those prisoners somewhere, right?]
[It looks like your new dictator is starting to get impatient. Now it's time to try and draw the System's attention the best way he knows how.]
