[Mother is in the general area, passing out cupcakes and drinks. She stops long enough to look over her shoulder, and speak to Pepper.] Kinda a rushed intro, hon. Sorry 'bout that.

...I doubt that for some reason. I'm sure you understand. [Pepper rubs at the bracelet on her wrist again and glances around the room.]

What happens to our homes? Why were we chosen?

I always understand. [She smiles sweetly.]

Sugar, you're here because you're important. Special. Like everyone else who comes here. [All the children are.]

[In his wandering, Thor spots something familiar. Someone. He pauses at the sight, frowning for a long moment before he approaches. Something appears different about his brother, aside from the lack of a muzzle and cuffs, and Thor moves to stand before him, at a short distance, swallowing the knot in his throat. His armour is fully complete, as it had been when he'd left Midgard, but Thor lets the magically gained metal sleeves vanish from him, his cape disappearing too, as he looks at his brother.]

Loki. [They have to get home, somehow, but for now he has to keep an eye on him. Yet Loki just seems different. Younger. Less savage.] Brother... you seem different.

[Thor takes a half step back and raises his empty hand in somewhat surrender, but he'll fight if Loki does.] You know well that nothing changes the fact we are brothers. I told you that on Midgard, before we were interrupted. Calm yourself, Loki.

[ Helen had brushed off the security guards and listened politely to the announcement from the three people. Honestly, she's not entirely sure how honest they're being. She had been in Aliunde, so the idea of being kidnapped to a new place is something new. Shocking, as she had just been home for a short amount of time, but hardly new. One hand constantly rubs at the silver bracelet on her wrist as she looks around at the others that have been pulled into the same situation. Part of her hopes to see a familiar face, but she doesn't expect it. It's not as if life is exactly nice or fair. ]

[Kate is in a bad mood. And for good reason. This being taken to another planet thing was getting old. She finds a bench and climbs on top of it, scanning the small sea of faces. She looks for one she knows. With a brief moment of luck, Kate sees a familiar face. And she cannot contain her relief and excitement.]

Doc! [She shouts, hopping off the bench and starts in Helen's direction.]

[ She honestly wasn't expecting to see anyone she knew - let alone from the Sanctuary. Helen turns to her and smiles, a sudden relief flushing through her. ]

[ Jane turns back to the security guards and snatches her journal. The one with all her research in it. After giving them a glare, she pushes her way through the crowd to try and make her way to the front. Even if two of the three mysterious people are gone? She's going to make sure she's heard. ]

You can't just kidnap us and expect us to be okay with it!

Sugar, no one expects you to be fine with it. It's happened, but I'm not policin' how you feel. [Says Mother, who's handing over cupcakes to another of the city's fine citizens.]

[ Jane marches right up to the old Southern lady. ]

Look, no offense? But you took us from our homes! We had things going on! I had things I was doing! [ Yes, standing around in the desert waiting for a wormhole to another realm with Norse Gods is doing things. ] ...Are you handing out cupcakes?

Hon, we all have important things to do. You're hardly the only one who's strugglin' right now with this move. But it's how it is, we gotta deal. I don't have any say in it, I just try to take care of everyone. [She nods, and moves the tray so she can see it.] You bet I am! And there's tea too, over at the little station over there. [She gestures towards it.]

[Ezio slinks back to a darker corner, frowning from under his hood. He has all his weapons, all of everything he should have on him, and he has all of his mind intact. He remembers this sort of mess already, from Aliunde, and now he's here. He scans the crowd from under his hood, not sure anyone he knows is here, and he doubts they're going to remember him if they are. It's not his kind of luck for them to. He just sighs, taking a moment to lament the losses. His friends, his family. He hopes they made it back to their homes safely, or if they're still in Aliunde, maybe they'll be okay without him. He hopes so.

With a small sigh, he just watches everyone. Maybe he'll walk around later.]

Salute, Auditore. [Kate can place her mentore out of a line up easily. Not many people can pull off the hood. But he and his grandson can.]

[Ezio lifts his gaze at that. Well, then, it seems she remembers, and he can't help smiling a bit at her greeting.] Ciao, bella. [He chuckles and bows his head to her.] Cazzo... another world. Which means more work.
