ok, Jake corrected me...apparently, Wilshire will pay for water and garbage and we pay for gas and electric. still, that's not to shabby. Jason keeps warning me not to "pull all your eggs in one basket", but i like this basket. there's a lot of perks to living at Wilshire, but we're going to take Saturday to check out about 5 other places.

*sigh* so, i've gotta start making calls to make sure these places have apartments with 2bdrm/ 1 bath.
