One more day of work before Brian and I escape for a weekend. We both really need to get away. We are going up to Houghton Lake for Friday and Saturday to relax, watch the Tigers and spend quality time together. Sunday we are driving up to Traverse City for the day and night. We are planning to go to a couple wineries a nice dinner, and relax with our jacuzzi and fireplace in the suite we are staying in. Definitely excited to have some time with my husband before he leaves again for Japan next weekend!
On Sunday we watched our wedding video with our parents and a few family members. It turned out AMAZING!! Stan did such a fantastic job on it. I am so glad to have it to remember the whole day and all the wonderful people who were there!
Also on SUnday Brian and I splurged on some new toys. Brian has been really wanting this high tech fancy digital camera so that when we are in Japan we can take some really great pictures. Well we bought it and he picked me up the new Ipod nano- in Ice blue! I have never had an MP3 player so I can't wait to take my cute little nano to the gym. Now I have to download all my music! Fun stuff!!
On a sadder note, we found out that my family dog, Max might have cancer. They found a big mass near his butt. On Monday he had surgery and they took the mass out, The doctor is thinking that it is not cancer because of the way the mass looked. We will not know for 3 - 5 days so I really hope the little guy is ok.
On the agenda for tonight: Newcastle and Tigers! Go Tigers!!
