(no subject)
So this weekend was extremely busy and fun! Friday I worked during the day and then ran some errands. Brian and I went downtown Detroit later that night to see one of his co-workers spin some music at a club called the Apartment. It was alot of fun...but man was this bar expensive!! We had a great time...I ran in to a guy that I had a class with at MSU and we were extremely entertained by the crazy old man dressed in all orange who tried to dance with everyone. After he was kindly declined he danced in front of a mirror watching himself. It was humorous! Got home late Friday night, to my parents house!
Saturday morning we had to go to our marriage class at our church. There were a bunch of couples there and it was hosted by a couple that has been married for 17 years..they are also members of the church. There was alot that we went over, but it was a very informative...not preachy at all! After our class we went out to dinner with my family to El Charros...margaritas and mexican food! My dad was seriously almost drunk off of one...because he hasn't drank in a long time because of his sickness and the pills he was taking. We all laughed sooooo hard. What a great time!After dinner Brian and I went to bottle our wine for our wedding favors. We made labels, corked the bottles and sealed them. They look awesome and we drank a bunch too!! YUM! We made about 167 half bottles!! We then met up with my sister and some of her friends at Hamlin Pub. Drank a few Guiness....my new favorite beer! Drank a fair amount and went home!! Good times!
Sunday woke up late because of the time change. Picked up some coffee and bagels for the family and hung out for a little bit. Then had to drive back to Ann ARbor to work all night. My parents left for a cruise so we are now watching MAx, their cute little dog! It is a lot of fun, but I think he is a bit confused.
Today I worked all day long. We bought a stainless steel espresso machine today from work!!! IT was on sale plus my discount! I pretty much got it half off! I can't wait to use it!! Looking forward to my day off tomorrow...lots to do for the wedding, the upcoming job fair and stuff around the apartment!
OH, I got some things for my Bridesmaids this weekend...for their gift! I hope they like them! Still more to get though. Yay!!
