Baby, it's just you and me...
So, anytime I attempt to make a real post, it doesn't seem to happen. So I will attempt again, but don't get your hopes up people... Tonight was game night, and it was a lot of fun. My family, plus some family friends came over and we just played games all night. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed myself a lot.
This week I went to Jeff's and celebrated "Crazy Monday" on Tuesday. It's a new holiday that his dad came up with, and I really cannot describe it, but it was a lot of fun. I was really nervous meeting his family, but they were great and really nice to me. I made Amanda Beauchamp Cookies for the event and for Megan Ho, because she had never had them, but alas, they were not as good as usual. I have suspicions on why that is, but I'm not sure, so I will make them again for everyone in the (and lets be honest) distant future.
I saw King Kong last night, and I was not that impressed... in fact I got a little bored. It was wayyy too long and unrealistic. I understand that it is fiction and the whole concept is unrealistic, but lets not kidd ourselves: if a kid has never shot a gun before, what are the odds that he will shoot many big ass bugs off a moving man and miss the man and hit the bugs?? I'm thinking not very likely.
Christmas was good. I have gotten to see a lot of people that I haven't seen in a while, which has been really nice. Jennifer moved out and is moving into her sorority house. I am really sad that she is no longer upstairs from me and that I wont be able to bang on her door whenever I have something pointless to tell her. I hope she likes living in the DG house, though I secretly wish she would hate it and move back in with us.
And I have done nothing really but sleep the past few days, and I think that is where I will head now!
